Place another antenna as I have in the highest "moto" 100cm and partially jump the guardrail, targeted in 10 minutes.
Funny thing, 500 meters I have some trees that I probably already removed signal, within a few years long story, but for a few days, no problem.

Colocada otra antena como la que tengo en la "moto" 100cm mas alta y saltar parcialmente el quitamiedos, en 10 minutos apuntada.
Lo gracioso, a 500 metros tengo unos arboles que seguramente ya me quiten señal, dentro de unos años ni te cuento, pero para unos dias, no problemo.

No, I think that's the regular channels program.

I was surprised to see a signal myself from this beam, it will be interesting if my new install can see this position.

I am surprised that you can not lock 11604 H(Data-generic stream) with your antenna of 3.4m the more so that FlySat give on spot EastAfrica,much closer to your area than in the eastern-central-northern part of Europe.It is true that the signal is not constant and fluctuates between 1dB and 5 dB,depending on weather conditions.
Something isn't right,or the signal isn't on the spot East Africa, or comes from Central Asia?! But whichever spot is this transponder,though you are far better placed toward us from those two spots,and if we also take into account your huge antenna,everything should favor the reception of 11604 H!!!You must check in your system of reception and then try again.Again I say,something isn't right in this system.I hope I am wrong.
Here are the strongest signal at 11604 H I get in my area with 150 cm dish,in north-western Romania.

Also for me is very strange that i can't lock the specific frequency. Is not the first time that i'm very closed to a beam and i can't locked it . Both motorised dishes are very well installed with accurate inclinometer,prof.laser pointers and my Rover HD Tab 9.
The ME Beam comes with my small dish (2.1m) from 14.2db - 17.6dB

It's really weird.Who knows,maybe you can have interference from a mobile cell or from other sources?Can be seen on any spectr.Look how shows such interference on CS.

Edit:An example between a signal interfered with and one normally,without interference on the same frequency.Test done with two antennas installed in two different places.

During morning hours i have increase of 1dB signal. About the intrerference i have to check if exists this possibility. This morning i locked with 2.1m and freq.(11671 Ver - Data = 10.8dB ) from CA but nothing from EA
