Here's what I found at 7.0E, a feed at 11581 V,7200, and not at 11595 V.

Added: There may well be a mux at 11595 V, with a symbol rate of 34000 Ks/s from the African spot(?)

No signal at 11595V for me, 2.4m dish in North Italy.
Just noted a mux of BBC radio feeds at 10720V SR 27500 DVB-S. It was a transponder used by Digiturk prior to its move on Turksat satellite.

When 7200 feed goes off check again, but you can already see in your neumodvb spectrum it is there. Maybe a different spot or something that need large dish on europe spot

I want to think that after the feed disappears(11581 V), I can find 11595 V, but many years of experience at 7.0E to catch the signal on the African beam has given me little or no success with my antenna.
But I think every one of us wants to be wrong regarding failure. May the One Above hear me

Also nothing seen at 11.595 V at around 18.46 UK time but i do have a low signal now at 19.45 UK time but just a bit too low to lock at the moment in fairly heavy rainfall. 2.2 PF side saddle pll lnb not at focus. Location-17K North of Nottingham.

Indeed there is a signal on this transponder-11595 V- but I'm not sure that the parameters found by neumoDVB and IQmonitor are compliant. With such a weak signal it is natural that any application, no matter how good it is, can give errors.
Maybe we are lucky that this cold season this signal will be better highlighted and possibly locked.
If I am to anticipate, I think this mux is a Data transmission and probably with an S2X extension. It remains to be confirmed by someone here or from elsewhere.
