Christmas has come Llew
;)
I'm currently full of flu ..and really should be in bed ..which is where I'm heading shortly..
But my replacement TBS card arrived today ..and rushed home from work this evening determined to test it before I give in to this bug..
Result ..spent an hour setting latest crazyscan up again..
..and managed IRIS on 11432V root8 Mediaset ...Hotbird13 East.
Oh ..and I now have a second remote control ..as they sent me a whole new boxed TBS6925 including software disc and remote dongle etc..
Here's a pic ...
Now I can go chill and let this bug run its course..

Good to hear it's working OK VS. Sorry to hear about the 'flu - I have the yearly jab, doesn't guarantee immunity, but touch wood only get the proverbial 'man flu' occasionaly; a hot lemon/honey/scotch combo drink usually helps there.

Man flu is bad enough ..but sadly its worse for me than most ...
The trial drug I take to keep MS under control is actually an imunosupressant...and of course I deal with members of the public on a daily basis ...so no place to hide ..
What takes most folk a few days to deal with...takes weeks sometimes months for me..
cest la vie..
Still had to come into work today ...such is the life of the self employed.
They don't stop sending bills just cos yer ill..
..but will be going hope asap..

Hi Llew,
I'm trying to get to grips with MIS/PLS. The roots you posted above work great but how can I find the roots myself. If I tick 'search PLS code' in CS the transponders won't lock. They only lock if I manually add the roots above in 'PL scramble code > Root.

Many thanks

Mike

Ah! Think I've answered my own question. Wait for CS to scan for the PLS root. Could take a long time with some at 16k+! Is there any quicker way to find these?

Thanks

Mike
