No reason : "no trace of 12073"..

you have to install your dish "dans les règles de l'art" and use a required dish, minimum dimension.

Williams1 is receiving, with a 100 cm, this tp 12073H with a level of 10.1 dB in UK..
I'm living in the east of Belgium and the level is a 8.9 dB with a 90 cm dish during bad winter conditions (5cm of snow).

-Indeed, it is an Egyptian feed. He can't be at 23.5E. No Middle East feeds are transmitted in the upper band at this position.
-It depends on what device you are looking for the signal and its strength. But it is not always possible to find or lock a signal, even a strong one, with dvb cards.
It also depends on the utility/apps used. For example, I locked 12736 H with the tbs6983 card with the IQmonitor app. As you can see from the pic, LM is at -0 dB, so below the threshold, although the signal is strong, 12.3 dB.

Strong signal 'ere in the UK on that frequency, definitely on a UK friendly beam.
Locking at between 14.2dB and 14.4dB in the dynamic signal analyser tab of EBSPro.

Do you have a list of frequencies/channels that you were not able to get before that you can now receive re 26.0E?
I am thinking if you are getting new stuff now that used to be on Badr-5 and Badr-6 then it is a good candidate to have migrated to Badr-8?

Badr-7 is probably not a factor for this type of comparison as it was almost impossible to get a frequency to lock from at a UK location.
