11030V was the first carrier I received in south Russia. The signal was stronger than from 42e+45e+46e, so it is visible on the spectrum. I had nothing at all on the spectrum during previuos tests. My location is most closer to ME beam footprint, maybe this beam testing now.

Signal strength on the two carriers-11010 & 11030 V- are changing, now the strongest is 11030 V.
