Careful with anything around 11630-11650 as it is probably a DECT device. If it is, the same spike will show in the 12480-12500 part of high band.

The two carrier ,11031-7.6 dB and 11530-5.1 dB,signal are maintained this morning and have relatively strong signal.

Not necessarily. My spectrum is real time so I see this exactly how it happens. The DECT frequency can be quiet for hours at a time. You could keep sweeping that part of the band for days and not see a thing. But just lifting the phone off the cradle makes it send a chain of transmissions. If I leave my meter on peak-hold for any period of time I will see activity on those frequencies, but just turn it on and have a quick look (like a band sweep) and I will see nothing. Have a look at these spectrums of 2F testing. All were done on peak-hold so captured any activity from DECT even though it is silent 98% of the time. See how the same spike is present on all three, even though the band and polarisation is different in each case.

I must admit that your explanation is fascinating and , in a certain extent,maybe true , but in our case we have a constellation that tells us something else.What you saying is that the signal that we received was influenced by external factors.If we had more noise in the signal constellation would not show me .I tried the experiment described by you, but with this carrier result was the same.Spectrometer shows me the signal.
From my point of view the appearance of false signals could come to our reception facility that is not professional , for example separation of polarities is not complete , or the influence of signals from adjacent satellites.Even with these shortcomings that we have at our antennas ,we won't have never signal to the constellation.
Anyway you gave me food of thought
