*Mick Dundee voice* That's not a ladder...That ladder climb probably isn't as bad as it looks, although not to be recommended, the ladders are stood on a flat roof, which is at the base of the chimney.

Here's a the A-typical lazy sky installer, and a couple of aerial installs I went to sort out where they had the " Not getting the ladders off the van" days.
Here are a couple of bad ones, first two are of an installation that's been leaning for ages, but the owners did nothing about it. Latest winds have caused real problems and chimney needs urgent rebuilding. Another good reason why not to put dishes on chimneys.
Second two photos, not the same chimney, but the still intact one shows why the collapsed one occurred.
Interesting big coil of wire on the back of the dish in the foreground in that first pic too.
