That ladder climb probably isn't as bad as it looks, although not to be recommended, the ladders are stood on a flat roof, which is at the base of the chimney.
*Mick Dundee voice* That's not a ladder...

Here are a couple of bad ones, first two are of an installation that's been leaning for ages, but the owners did nothing about it. Latest winds have caused real problems and chimney needs urgent rebuilding. Another good reason why not to put dishes on chimneys.

Second two photos, not the same chimney, but the still intact one shows why the collapsed one occurred.

Here's a the A-typical lazy sky installer, and a couple of aerial installs I went to sort out where they had the " Not getting the ladders off the van" days.

I love the aerial ones. Can imagine when they put it up. Oh flip it, here will do.

Interesting big coil of wire on the back of the dish in the foreground in that first pic too.

Yes, typical of lottery dishes (It's a convenience store), not sure whether they are pre-terminated, but always have a large coil of cable on the back.

An update, I phoned them last Sunday to inform them of the danger, but there is still no action on the chimney. It'll cost them a bit to repair as it is, but another period of high wind will make it a very costly repair.
