Sudan has the clock top left but seems to be interviwwing a soldier bloke, none of the rest are very exciting

Some sightings: Sudan TV had a live talk with somebody on the army all the time, seemingly not paying attention. SNTV from Somalia airing music and did show a message on screen with something related to year 2012 - maybe HNY?
