I did try to get onto the Uzbek web streams, but no go. I really must sort a dish out for 52.5/53E, although gawd knows what it'll be wired into!

And yeah, too bad about the Russia and Moscow... although perhaps for even another reason - I don't envy folks in St. Petersburg having sunrise way past 11 AM this time of year... I think this is the first time Estonia has had a two hour difference from Moscow at winter since WW II.
