The feed on Bagdadia went out and they are back in studio, although I wanted to point out that the on-screen graphic during the singing of "We wish you a Merry Christmas" read "Mubasher - Masr", which would suggest Egypt(Masr)? That unless I misread the Arabic letters or there is a place called Masr in that region.

From the Finnish point of view it's shame to be categorized as eastern europe when Finland is actually part of Scandinavia but the wrinky rockers part was right as there is broadcast on YLE TV1 (and probably allso on TV Finland) where handful of not anymore so popular artists do a show.

The programme is called "Vuosi vaihtuu 2011" = "Year changes 2011".

Scheduled time 20.55 - 22.05 UK time.

As the concert is in outdoor space, you probably guess there are fireworks and countdown.

Yawn! U-zzz I will be in bed by midnight and watch the displays tomorrow.

I went to 16e. Favorit and TVR Cluj bought in the New Year in in traditional dress and with beer. Recorded TVRi hoping for fireworks again but sadly nothing. Last year the wad from a firework hit the presenter live on air, though it didn't hurt her. It was a good display last year.
