According to an article I just read earlier,they were cancelled but then it was decided to reinstate them but were being keeping quiet until the last moment to discourage large numbers of people from turning up

MITV ended up having a countdown, followed by public service announcements for the lack of a better word. Quite rich of them to talk about "democracy" given that they are ruled by a brutal military junta.
