I'm using Orbitron since the launch of Eutelsat 7 West A; it's a good tool to track objects in the space; the problem is in the TLEs ; it takes precious time to get the up to date TLEs ; e.g. : E8WB was @ 1.71° E till 48 hrs. ; suddenly it went to 1.82° W ; that means 3.53 degrees were missed from the real time tracking ; Celestrak & space - track apparently are not really up to date.

Well, that is the very nature of a TLE: a snapshot of the motion at a certain time (epoch). Often, just one TLE every few days. Position "jumps" can't be avoided after a satellite has made a manoeuvre. So there is no such thing as real time tracking.
Spacetrack is the only source of non-classified TLE's. Ultimately, other sites (Celestrak, N2YO, satellite-calculations) and softwares all retrieve the same Spacetrack data!

New telecommunications satellite Eutelsat 8 West B of the French satellite operator Eutelsat completed technical tests on a temporary orbital position 1.7 ° E and moves to the target position 7 ° W / 8 ° W.

Cosmic apparatus should be used to the new position from the beginning of October 2015 - ie in a week.

Many channels on E8WC are announcing soon moving to the new satellite; all of them mentioned the same date ( the 1st of October ) .
