We have to wait a little to see more clearly what channels are "behind" of these tps. Because the reception was with my 2.1m dish my opinion is that the tps were from Greece Beam but with very low SNR. I will see it again tomorrow !!!!

Greece Beam ? You don't mean the first one published with the extreme restricted coverage do you ?
If so, that one should have covered Cyprus also very well which would not explain your very limited SNR.
But maybe they are testing and running on low power.
Ok then, let's wait and see.

12399 & 12476 Ver 27500 2/3 (s2)

There is no 12399 or 12475V , it is overhang from horizontal.

My opinion is that these 2 frequencies in Verical Pol are not overhang from Hor because they appear also this morning but not right now 3pm EEST.

Why those freq. have just the same parameters as horizontal???

Thanks by the way mar-val for this frequency allocation table. How did you get this ? I was searching quite a long time and gave up. Since Eutelsat does not publish handbook pdf's anymore it's just hopeless to find out more about their satellites unless one has got very strong connections to Rambouillet.

And also knows his way around in ITU's information labyrinth.

@Kypros_Pambou, Eutelsat has never used their standard "Hot Bird" frequency scheme in reverse polarisation.
What you encounter is probably slight variations in dish pointing to 9.0°E, every time the dish has moved.
Only for a very specific direction will there be maximum cross-polarisation. This is perfectly normal behaviour!

Thanks a lot hvdh. I came along this site once but forgot it. Although the handbooks had much more to offer than frequency allocation tables but these are necessary to understand which beam each frequency can use.

Yesterday evening a very weak signal was observed from Greece on the 12111V which could be Nordic-Baltic Beam.
Anybody here that can confirm this ?

12149 V 27500 3/4 QPSK DVB-S (7.5 dB here)
Both showing "TEST UKR" with Eutelsat promo in SD.

12 111 V coming in loud and clear at about 17 dB.
12 149 V much weaker at "only" 13 dB.

Now in the evening it looks like this at my place:

12 111 V 18,8 dB
12 149 V 14,0 dB

Strange that you can't ge any signal at all on a 2,2 meter dish in southern Germany.

I get no signal as well, although it's raining right now and the signals are lower. Still I can get the Germany GE beam at 11db approx. Are these transmissions are 24/7?

It should have been clear in advance but just to get rid of any doubts, I am also not locking these 2 on my tiny 110x120cm. And to be honest I am glad about it because the chances if any will be activated on the Italy beam as well look quite good.
