It has been several days since I last checked the telemetry signals.

Checking today, I confirm when they report the TLE (it is around 12,2°E) and I noticed that the telemetry signal of the frequency 12501,70 H was switched off, and the frequency 12500,00 on in circular polarity (LHCP) , while the telemetry present at 11704,60 switched from linear (H) to circular polarity (RHCP).

I am sure that Hotbird 13F is not now at orbit 13.42° East (N2YO) and that Satellite is still moving East .
But TLE websites (N2YO , Celestrak etc) are the only source which is available to the sathobbyists.

Hello,
here is my report today for Hotbird 13F. Finally at its position. The first scan is pol.H, the second one is pol. V/R (I don't have circular pol). The maximum signal for all of the Hotbird beacons is at 13.00°E. On Laminas 120, hot and sunny day.

OK we have established thet Hottie 13F is indeed located at 13E, no matter what the tracking sites may so - so no more inaccurate reports from n2yo or elsewhere please lads.
