Just an observation over the last few hours .....
The 1.9°East beacon 12496.50 circular as a reference point, Hotbird13F is very slightly away from the 1.9° E position at about 1.5°-1.6° E for a guess
Hotbird 13F Marker 12501.75 appeared to be Hor polorised on the grab earlier this morning .
There is also a marker at 12500.00 Vertical showing.

From the measurements I made yesterday, using the Eutelsat 3B (11699,80 H) and Thor 5 (11701,00 H) telemetry signals as a reference. Counting the actuator pulses against the telemetry signal from the Hotbird 13F (11701,70 R)... it appears to be around 1,2°E.

Yesterday the telemetry signals changed bandwidth, going from about 200KHz to 600KHz.
Today I noticed several tests on the telemetry frequencies, with different switching on and off:
The 11701,70 went from the RHCP circular polarity to the horizontal linear one and then back to the circular one, for some situations it was also turned off.
Turned on the 11704,60 in horizontal polarity and was subsequently turned off.
The 12500,00 LHCP was also turned off for a while.
The 12501,70 was first turned on in vertical polarity, then switched to horizontal polarity and then turned off.
