We already know what the coverage will be like. Similar to the existing footprints for some frequencies & a European super beam for others. We want 2 c the coverage map???

From what I can see the only folks getting worked up about the coverage are the guys on the fringes of the coverage zone who will be losing access to some frequencies....... Your IP address seems to put you in Yemen so I guess you will be one of the folk to lose access to a number of transponders.
please explain something about these testsHotBird 13F testing continues.
Why do you think there wont be any change? The footprints changed (widened) when the early series Hotbirds were taken out of service - they all had super beams targetting Europe. So effectively a new generation with a super beam is only going back to how things were 15 years or so back.lets see , i dont think so that there will be any change in coverage. if there would have been any changes , they would have shared the new maps.
Hotbird is their best earning position and middle east contribute lot of revenue so they cant take any risk of loosing business.
However, this article not mentioned in Eutelsat official website, it's only exist in satbeam website80 Ku band transponders to deliver improved performances over the European and Middle-Eastern footprint, reinforced by a powerful European SuperbeamSatbeams - World Of Satellites at your fingertips

Its mentioned in at least one of the official Eute publications - I remember seeing it. And thats where satbeams will have got their info from. However, this article not mentioned in Eutelsat official website, it's only exist in satbeam website
If you would please provide us with Eut. referenceIts mentioned in at least one of the official Eute publications - I remember seeing it. And thats where satbeams will have got their info from.
If they ordered 5 years back the same specifications will remain, time doesn't matter
The manufacturer will apply the same condition
I think change is necessary sometimes.Coverage isnt related to manufacturing , coverage map may be changed any time after launch/relocation of satellite
one single map may also cover super beam with high power signal while other other area with regular coverage
i am sure they not going to change their highest revenue generating satellite location
It doesnt work like that - given that the transmission power provided by a transponder is a fixed amount (which it has to be as satellites dont have an unlimited power availability & there could be 60 or more transponders active at any one time) to give higher eirp over a given area you have to reduce the coverage area. Hence there will be 2 beams. The current widebeam will be similar to the existing coverage & will likely have all the Arabic / Middle Eastern / religious claptrap channels. The higher power beam will likely have the European pay tv channels on it.one single map may also cover super beam with high power signal while other other area with regular coverage
