New Frequency Plan now started by the end of the month may see it's full implementation.

Kuwaiti HD feed now, 11458 H 7000 3/4 8PSK DVB-S2 "KTV Feed-47". Over 9 dB here.
There is more going on, too weak to lock now, between 11470 and 11490, probably these are regulars and feeds as listed on Flysat still under Hellas Sat 2.

In my area the signal on these transponders is stronger than it was before on HS2,while 11495 H and 11504 H I think it comes from a distant spot,M.E.(?)

I did a Blind scan of Multi-stream transponders no sign of NURTS Bulgaria Multi Stream on a new transponder maybe some will just move over to HS-3 on the same frequency ?

NURTS is there and the parameters have not changed.

... these look very much like data when you observe for a few seconds in real time, the Promax is looking at the whole band in case something else comes on higher up the band.
