First the installer, now you blame the equipment.

I never blamed you on anything? lol

It is strange tho... why is rain not effecting the dish at all? like 1 or 2% tops? and thats heavy heavy rain :/

If you was refering to "since the install" i meant, since the morning after the install ;) Because everyday the signal gradually got worse to the point that it had no signal even in the afternoon, usually was locked as you know.

But it was the heavy lnb sagging down and not pointing center of the dish :) so I strapped it up

Because it is a prime focus dish. The thing that really kills the signal is rain on the plastic LNB cover, which a prime focus dish doesn't have.

Well if thats the case I strongly suggest anyone after fringe reception goes prime focus then surely?

I had my 1.8M on showtime last year about 54% signal, 40% would be breakup and if I had the rain I just got thats it id be "no signal"!

No if I could just improve my signal a tiny bit more I am laughing, going to order a new lnb and test that

Are you still considering the Inverto Black Pro Twin Flange LNB?
I sent Inverto an email, requesting a UK supplier, of this product, and I've just received a reply that DRS Trading should have them in stock, although they have informed me that it will not be listed on their website yet.

I have never seen any difference when testing a new twin against a new quad (using proper test equipment). But, of course a new quad will beat a second hand twin 95% of the time. If you want to make a difference start by changing the feedhorn and then next to a Black Ultra LNB, or an all in one. http://www.satellites.co.uk/forums/meeting-place/161213-supply-inverto-black-lnbs.html#post875232
