PTV Global from Pakistan will launch on March 26th. Test transmissions are expected to start around March 12.

BSkyB is to launch a user-generated content channel called Sky Cast on both TV and the internet, with video technology powered by Google.

Users of the channel will be able to edit, upload and share their own video content.

Irish Station EUM Radio are testing on the WRN On Air service vacated by Yorkshire Radio after YR's full launch. Launch is March 20th, and they can be added to the list of channels waiting for an epg number.
