There are rumours the entertainment section will be reshuffled in May. This section is running out of slots fast so if the news is correct Sky will stop the practise of launching new channels on every other number, and move everything downwards to fill up all the gaps.

Horse & Country TV will test launch on March 1st on Solent TV (219) 1600-1800UTC with full transmission times:

Saturday 1830-2030
Sunday 0700-0900

The Family Channel will launch mid 2007.

Its programming will consist of documentaries and current affairs that explore the Islamic world from its "golden age to modern day Britain". The channel further promises that it will entice viewers with travel shows taking women to Muslim historic cities and competitive sport shows that go beyond David Beckham and Tim Henman.

The programmes will work around an Islamic framework so that every generation can comfortably view it’s programmes at the same time.
