Looks like the those purveyors of rubbish religious programmes Dove Vision will be relaunching in the summer - this from their website:

Service Update

As part of the DoveVision TV re-launch plan, Dove Media (UK) Ltd, the company that runs the channel, is developing a brand new launch strategy in order to launch a more viable channel.

In order to complete this process, The Board of Directors has taken the difficult decision to postpone the re-launch of DoveVision TV in order to provide enough time for each phase of this re-engineering.

DoveVision TV will now be re-launched in June/July 2007.

ITV Play is off air pending a review of ITV's premium rate games:

ITV Play will tomorrow be taken off air as an independant auditor 'Deloitte' begin a review into all of ITV's premium interactive services.

The procedure will be on a show-by-show basis after the recent controversy surrounding phone-in voting and competitions on popular television shows including The X Factor. ITV revealed last month that viewers were overcharged on interactive voting which resulted in £200,000 worth of incorrect payments.

It is understood the review will be completed within a few days, with interactive elements returning, programme by programme, as soon as they have passed the audit.

John Cresswell, ITV's Chief Executive Office commented: "Millions of people enjoy interacting with ITV - either by voting in our entertainment shows or by taking part in prize competitions. It is critical that our viewers have absolute confidence in the services that we offer.

We believe that all programmes currently on air are compliant. However, in light of recent concern around this issue, something affecting every major broadcaster, we are conducting this independent review to ensure that ITV is meeting all relevant codes and regulations.

We've asked the auditors to report back to us with some urgency. The interactive elements in each programme will be re-introduced as they are independently signed off. We expect the review of current programmes to be both swift and thorough. The retrospective review will take longer due to the greater number of programmes involved."

ITV Play will tomorrow be replaced with an on-screen message advising viewers that the channel will be back soon. The news also means that all ITV Play branded programming on ITV1 and ITV2 will also be pulled until cleared by Deloitte.

The channle list changes that you mentioned above. Do you know about the other channels like BBC1 London (currently 974)? Will these regional variations still be there? I ask as I noticed that BBC1 & 2 NI have moved so I thought Id ask

No idea. As far as I know its just the entertainment (below 250) channels & the kids moving as those areas have just about run out of space on the epg.
