They rise fine, and I do get the fat smoking, I just cant get holes in the middle all the time like my mum used to, I will keep at it:).

Slightly larger trays then (Or a tiny bit less batter): I used to use Bun-sized ones, but find the very best are Muffin Trays.

You might have hit the nail on the head G :), I have used the same tray for a few years now, I do have some different ones, I will try one next time :),

I make my own bread from scratch from time to time, I have this of to a tea now, do you do your own bread G ?.

Laminas 1.2M fibre dish with an IBU, on a Clarke Tech USALS motor, covering 57E - 24.5W to an Octagon SX88. Displayed on a 20" Dyon LED TV.

Seperate 80 cm dish on 28E with a Humax Freesat for SWMBO.
Free Sat V8 meter. Sony Bravia 46" LCD, Sony BluRay and Home Cinema.

I'm only grateful my Muffin passed him by ....... (Especially as it's frowned upon these days owing to a shortage of Mules)

I'm getting a fantastic aroma from our kitchen where the Chicken for our Dinner is coming on nicely: Did the Jamie Oliver bish-bosh with several cloves of Garlic, then there's freshly picked Rosemary, Olive Oil and oodles of Seasoning. No Lemons in the larder, sadly.

Yes, it is.....been following it since just after New Year and have lost about 5kg.....


.......have also resisted translating it as 5 Mars bars to 2 Bounties.....
