Thank you. Interesting. I have similar set-up: TRIAX 110 30W; elliptical 90x60 with 28E, 23E, 19E, 13E, 10/9E.
I am in footprint of 10/9E, but I cannot get ALL stations. THAT is the discussion.
I think the loss of channel reception from the 10 ° E and 9 ° E positions is due to the fact that it was a compromise - two satellites from one LNB. It helps to set the LNB to exactly one satellite. And don't forget that in the past all channels broadcast in the DVB-S standard and QPSK modulation ... The combination of the DVB-S2 standard, 8PSK modulation requires a higher signal reserve. Personally, I would choose the position 9 ° E where is 6ter HD. 10 ° E where the Kurdistan TV HD and Kurdistan 24 HD channels are QPSK modulated, but the DVB-S2 standard and the combination with high FEC 4/5 and 8/9 require an even higher signal reserve on the end viewer's side. I would also play with fine-tuning the SKEW LNB and sliding the LNB forward, backward. For the 10 ° E position, I would use a second dish.

Well, NEXT problem:
There used to be TVE Internacional FTA or 24h TVE FTA on several satellites. NOW I cannot find any on ASTRA 1KR/L/M/N or Hotbird 13B/C/E or ASTRA 2E/F/G or Hispasat 30W or Eutelsat 9b/10a or they don't work! Any solution?
Thank you.

Well, it in my list, so the tuner DID find it in the past.
Oval dish with 6 LNBs; 13E is centre. I get DVB-S2 QPSK on most LNBs, but on Hotbird I get no signal or just a flash at 34%. I DO get BBC-Persian on 12322 DVB-S.
What is wrong?
I have not been up on to the roof yet this year, Just one LNB with problems?

The strength of 12303V on 13°E has been noticeably weaker on my set-up recently. My dish does need adjusting, but it’s marginal lock even in clear weather now even though the surrounding TPs come in OK.

Yeah I'm only using a zone 2 Sky dish with 13°E offset from 19.2°E. The LNB bracket moved slightly in the winds a few weeks ago too I think. At the fringes 12303V is definitely weaker than some of the surrounding transponders though as I've lost that while the others still have a bigger margin and often a few dB higher SNR, taking into account modulation differences that change the level needed to lock.

A bizarre thing about TVE Internacional is that they're transmitting it as full HD (1920x1080i), but it's a dreadful SD upscale, and even the on-screen logo indicates that it's SD! (TVE also add 'SD' on the SD versions of their domestic channels now rather than 'HD' on the HD ones).

I've noticed this transponder on HotBird (12303 V) suddenly disappear on my setup on at least two occasions in recent months, to become available again a couple of hours later. A sudden drop in transmitted power of the transponder would be one explanation for this.
