Greetings, my first on this forum, looking to clarify a few issues and gain some assistance if possible. I'm posting in this thread because i require clarification with regards to this specific satellite but please bear in mind i'm not too clued up so require patience and detailed explanations.Greetings, I live in Northern Tanzania and currently have two satellite dishes. The main one is a 3.65m KTI dish, with a Eurostar KU band LNB connected to 2 Humax MPEG4 HD receivers, one for the sitting room and another for the bedroom. This dish has been set to approximately 7.0 degrees west (although i am not entirely sure it is at exactly 7.0 degrees west seeing as it was the technicians who fixed the position).Anyways i use the following site and input the frequencies manually, along with the symbol rate etc.

The issue which arises now is that from that website, almost all the channels within the MENA beam i get a strong signal except for the MENA beams near the bottom of the page (specifically starting at frequency 12341) where the signal can be as low as 35% i.e. you pretty much can't watch anything with the stuttering. With regards to the middle east beams i can't get any of them to work except for one, the frequency at 11785 where i can access to Dubai One, Music plus etc.Because of this situation, i have had to fix another satellite dish, a C band LNB 2.4m dish simply to access Abu Dhabi Al Oula and a few others like Ethiopia, this is frustrating to no end, simply because i don't like fixing a satellite for the purpose of one channel.1) Ideally i would like to be able to access Abu Dhabi Al Oula, Abu Dhabi Poet and all the other non-sports related Abu Dhabi channels and the middle east beam on my 3.65m dish, leaving the 2.4m dish to be readjusted for access to local East African channels. 2) Additionally i would like to strengthen the signals for Al-Jazeera Sports, Abu Dhabi Sports, and Dubai One, Music Plus et al where the signal is very watchable but still fluctuates from 45-55% and worries me if a rainstorm were to occur. For the above two to happen what is needed to achieve this? Is it a case of needing to purchase a satellite dish with a bigger diameter? Or Perhaps there is another type of LNB which is stronger and more desirable? Perhaps i just need to play around with the location of the dish so it is exactly at 7.0 west? or improve wiring to improve signal quality? Or is this all simply a case of the impossible due to the footprints of the middle east beam? If this is the case how am i able to gain access to Dubai One, Music Plus etc which is part of the middle east beam?Thank you and would appreciate the assistance from anyone.
