My slow roasted pork joint was a bit disappointing but not a total disaster, however resorted to a slow roasted leg of lamb with rosemary sprigs.

That is what I am having tomorrow Roast Leg of Lamb
I have read several recipes here is mine:-
Cut several slits in the skin of the Lamb just large enough to poke a clove of garlic & a piece of rosemary freshly picked today season with salt & pepper then wrap in foil & place in the oven dish leave in the fridge until morning (Whats that smell in the fridge) Garlic
Then cook for 4 hours @ 170C
Prepare veg in the morning parsnips red onions roast potatoes Brussels Sprouts
