TBS 6925 PCi Card with hardware blind scan in DVB-S2 and DVB-S

All working now how do I stream from CrazyScan, I am a bit puzzled by that.

DVBViewer Pro has not updated yet, so it still can't send properly those commands (only diseqc 1.0).

Now this is strange! With the new "Hardware Database 3.0" (link), DVBViewer Pro sends properly Diseqc 1.2 commands, even though the changelog says it doesn't!

Please note: DiSEqC 1.1/1.2 support for TBS 6922 PCIe, TBS 6992 PCIe, TBS 6925 PCIe, TBS 6984 PCIe, TBS 6986 PCIe will be enabled by future DVBViewer versions (already provided by TransEdit 3.8.0). In DVBViewer Pro up to 4.8.1.0, DVBViewer GE up to 3.0.3 and Recording Service up to 1.9.0.3 these devices are limited to DiSEqC 1.0.

First, you must have a version of TSReader (one analyzer that works with crazyscan). Second, after you perform a scan with Crazyscan, you click on one signal peak. A new window opens, and you perform a blind scan by clicking the little lens/satellite icon. After that you check the "invoke analyzer" check box. A dialogue appears where you have to select the path to TSReader.exe. When you do that a new dialogue appears where you just put the following: TSReader_TCP %ip% %port%



Press the blue "DVB" button and you are ready to go...

(well, maybe there is a way, but I'm unaware of it).

I'f you find anything obscure ..please let us know ..
I'm still persuing 4162H on 55W ...
Sometimes when I crazyscan it ..the scan reports 8psk 16psk 32psk ..and sometimes just a basic qpsk signal ..
the more activity it seems ..the more broken and disjointed the signal / image and sound ..
Can't make my mind up if its a lack of signal ..or interference by other ..perhaps data streams coming on line..
Maybe as the qpsk increases ..to 32psk ...and there's more activity ..this is responsible for the breakup of the Fox video stream.
I'm assuming this because our friend in New brunswick ...also suffers breakup ...and I would have thought he wouldn't have low signal issues ..
I've downloaded the new Transedit app ..hopefully it wont be long before they update dvbviewer to make it more diseqc freindly with the 6925..
Certainly there have been a few reports ..and additional complaints on the Dvbviewer forum ..added to the thread I started there.

back to Transedit ..
Much improved ..and using the integral viewer app...crashes and reboots of the pc when rendering 4162 ..are fewer than with dvbviewer..
Also notice the bottom right field ..
Dropped frames relative to completed/displayed frames ..
Easily 50% dropped frames relative to completed frames ..
Signal ...rendering...codecs ..or influence of multiplexed streams ..
Your guess is as good as mine..
