how easy is the SF8008 to program?Any Linux knowledge required or not?

I have a dual tuner Sf8008 and have not had any need to use any Linux knowledge on it. Connected and enabled the second tuner a week or so ago. Shocked at the absolute lack of complications. Dual LNB on 28E makes it easier for my wife to program recordings.

Thank you for the clear answer. So nno way coulsd I program,say,astra 19Eon tuner 1 and Astra28E on the other tuner...

The menus mimic - no surprise there - the openbox receivers from the past two years, though it has the same colourful remote as the V9S in addition to a bright red front panel display which is excellent for the elderly/hard of seeing.

So far so good.

Looks like it was destined for South America.
