Hopefully Thor 7 will be better than Thor 6 K2 for you.signal thor 5 t2 very strong
and thor 6 low signal big dish 3.8m
It does depend where you are in the south. In South East, home counties and thereabouts, you should be OK with a 1.2m dish. Beyond that, it does drop off very quickly. I do get signal from it in Bristol on the 1.5m dish but it's way below lock.I hope THOR 7 will be OK here in the UK reception wise.... However SES 5 with the Viasat channels don't even get a sniff of here in the south of the UK even with the 1.2 CM. A very focused footprint.
