That is not the way to do that. Needs to be based on SR. Only time it should ever be below 5 is if the SR is below 4000.In the blindscan plugin, I have changed the start-stop frequencies, symbol rate steps, and some other default settings.
I also changed the tolerance from 5 to 2 as seen below.
You may tell me if those tolerance changes should have been made or not. But the plugin works great for me set like that.

Nothing to do with the receiver. It is the software you load on it that does that.does the El Nino box have the option to select a frequency range for a blind scan or is it a full band scan?
