Well, my box turns off 12422h. If I tune to 10964h gets channels 5 mux and delete 12422h. On the other hand I tune to 12422h and delete 10964 channels. lol Strange thing this one...

I have scanned 10964H 22000 SR 5/6 here in Gran Canaria on a SKY HD box (big dish - receives 2D horizontals). It presents the full Channel 5 bouquet. My question is this.... do these "pointers" tune in actual 1N transmissions or are they pointing back to the 2A South bouquet in the same the the Sky News transmission was last week?

Yep, 1N's spotbeam so you've got a good test benchmark on your Sky STB to go with now.8PSK will most likely have different quality levels at your location but guess if you can get DVB-S QPSK 22000 5/6 then you'll be ok with DVB-S2 22000 8PSK 2/3.

Never a realistic expectation - beam shaping technology has moved on immensely since 2D was launched

The channel 5, channel stream on my SKYHD box on this new frequency is 07f5. Using the hexadecimal decimal converter gives me a figure of 2037.This is a TID figure. 2037 is Astra 2A 12442!!!!!!!

On my 60cm dish near London, UK:
Channel 5 via Astra 1N is 90% quality on TM6900
Channel 5 via Astra 2A is 79% quality on TM6900
Channel 5 via Astra 2D is 75% quality on TM6900

No should be 10964 which is the frequency i input into other channels to get CH5 what the hell is going on????
