What ? Not getting it here. Can you confirm that symbol rate ? Or is it HD ?

11170,H,2000 at 11.2dB with an Arqiva test card

If anyone finds new transponders please can they post all the parameters including: DVB-S or S2, 8PSK or QPSK, frequency, polarisation, symbol rate, and FEC, as this makes things a whole lot easier for anyone that does not have a blind scan receiver.

Both Pan-European beams officially don't reach Israel, but No. 2 is the closest one to Israel. That's why most likely it's no. 2.

I dissopointed with Astra 1N
.
I have been waiting for a long time. there is no signal from Istanbul with 120 cm anten. Only eurobird 1 S1 tp s and , 5 tp from Astra 2b north.

There is nowhere to setup the such as 2.4m. big anten. Unfortunatelly I live in an apartment.
I will try to be set up 1.80 anten. I hope I will get more tp s from 28.2

Astra 1N is doing exactly what it was designed for (restricting signals to western Europe), and its performing just fine here in the UK. The 11170 signal was so strong here mid afternoon it didnt matter what fec I put into my receiver, it locked no problem - obviously overloading the tuner!

it same problem like astra 1l on 19.2e i got signal 4 hour on 12188h sr-27500 fec 3/4 on 19.2e after 18:00 until 22:00 and signal gone
make it same like astra 1n out footprint

astra 1n is temporary so even if you do pick it up most likely come 23,2f,2g which are designed for the uk that you will not receive them no matter what size of a dish you have, your best looking into vpn service to stream any uk channels that might be online

if you seen the how ot build a satillete you see the beam shaping technology i really good so the uk beams will most likely be very tight and i would be surpised if anyone past germany picks them up but until the beams are publish no one knows

No channels will transfer off Eurobird - as 1N is run by SES Astra & Eurobird is run by Eutelsat.

As for Astras 2A & 2B, quite possible.

The C5 frequency on 12422H closed this morning

We expect the SD ITV's to move off 12402V in the next few weeks.

After that its anyones guess.

Did you use the TBS 5980 for the blind scan?

I'm looking for a external USB DVB-S2 receiver for a PC that will work with fringe reception.

Can you recommend the TBS 5980?

Does anyone else have any views on this?
