Has Eutelsat at 28.5 lost power too.Was getting it with an 80cm dish but can't seem to pick it up with a 1mtr dish now.Does anyone know if they are going to pull all fta from this satellite.It really all does seem a complete mess.I use it to get Irish Radio RTE 1 Extra and the music channels.

RTE radio 1 Extra moved frequencies weeks ago. Try 12607 V.
But I have been told by someone today (that listens to that station) and they have said that the channel will close down at the end of the month.

I still have Sky news HD but the SD version and Channel 5 HD have gone.
Where have they moved to? 2F?

Yesterday I was thinking that they had moved to 2F Pan European beam but now I believe this is a temp move 6 months to so to 1N Pan European,

The only reason for thinking this is we should be able to receive the 2F PE beam as we are well inside the footprint where as 1NPE we are outside and it drops very fast the signal level on the edges of the beam.

If it is on 1NPE this will only be temp but could be 3 or 6 months, Astra 2A and 2B are starting to have faults just old age.

Sky Sports F1 SD gone this morning. That's definitely a sub cancellation for me. The £65 a month that I pay is untenable now, absolute bastards.

Is anyone getting MGM HD and Sky Movies Premiere HD with a small dish? They moved from 2B North last night and I am now receiving them with a big dish (couldn't previously).

If you can then they are now either on 2A South or 2F pan-Europe.

Strangely Gold is back, also Sky Arts 1 SD is now available, it has only been available on HD previous to today. If indeed these, at least 3, channels are on 2F, could it be that all the "lost" channels have only been placed somewhere, 1N?, temporarily and it may be that all will eventually arrive on 2F. Has nobody got any inside information as to what it is that Sky are doing?

Yes the BBC published that in their online blog back in December so that is 100% correct.
