What signal are you currently getting on 12460H compared to 12300H, and what is the baseline.

Also, how is your spectrum compared to the German ones posted for these frequencies?

So your signal are nowhere near what the German boys are posting. Anyone in Germany post a scan of 12460H at this time? Been watching this transponder for the last hour and signal strength hasn't changed so would be an ideal time to compare readings.

A bit offtopic, but it was launched together with Astra 2F, maybe the easterly members are interested:
Gsat-10 is arrived at 81.5 East since yesterday, probably a testing position before going to 83.0 East.

Indeed not Huevos ..but this _may_ be down to the troublesome tree ..as I am very close to the point of obscurity...
Also possible that the arc isn't yet perfect on the H180 tracking.
Tomorrow I'll release the ties on the TD110 & TD88 ...which have a clearer perspective.
Both have been tied down today ...because of the extreme gusts of wind this morning.

Even stranger is Solly has a lot more signal at 12460 than 12300. VS is about even, and I've got more at 12300 than 12460 by quite a bit. So 12460 is baised to the east compared to 12300. 12460 = ME spot beam?

No-one knows for sure. But consensus is that it is unlikely.

I got a new test signal on 12285V...

thought so too, but Icould rule that out - signal wasnt there at 42°E or 45°E. It also had that typical ring constallation.

6 signals active. That 12.188H one is strange. Seems to be a wider carrier than the others, but also much weaker, I cannot get a constellation from it. It's no Turksat overspill.

Confirm 12188H comes from Astra 2F direction. The bump here is also about 2.5 dB above noise.

again 12401V is online with some strong peak. Sometimes the signal is going down for some dBm, i think they are testing again with different modulations carriers.

In front of some minutes 12441V was also strong up to 9 dBm, now it has changed to a slower level
