Can see 12207V @ +20dB. Absolutely nothing from 11360V. Are you sure that is not Africa beam?

Your assumption about the beams are pure guesswork. It is impossible to tell which beam from just one position. I'm in the footprint of both beams and I can tell you that 11360V is just transmitting with low power.

I don't think so.
Nothing to do with thinking or guessing.. ..my screenshot shows 12421H is a little stronger than 12207V whereas @Satecos's image shows a much weaker signal on 12421H. I'm in the footprint of the spot, he isn't.
