no, 28,15

so 28.2 actually. The daily loop is just a bit wide.

Well, I take the average longitude of a whole 24h loop, but near epoch day, not today! Think that is the best we can make of it. In the absence of CoB or ephemeris, it takes several weeks of TLE interpretation, to come with a reliable central longitude.

But it's nowhere near 19,2.

If you or others find from dish direction that 2G is not near 28.2 E, is another thing. I was merely talking about interpreting TLE's!

Currently 56 satellites, 61°West to 57°East.

Octagon SF8008 4K Twin, VU+Duo², VU+Ultimo4K.
Recycled as the owner.

North of Madrid (28703 Spain) -3Km of IKEA (40.545847, -3.612012).:-)
According to leave the antenna set last night, this morning it was necessary to change the length -0'3º to recover the signal levels of other days.
Always reference:
10714H22000 (C4L) saw low.
11023H23000 (BBC One ScotHD) or 40% deposit (very pixelando).
Modified position to find the optimum point, again normal, pulling memory, when entered service last change to get the Astra2E in February last year, was the same sequence.

This afternoon I'll see if at 18:00 (local time) have more signal, no longer to 28'3ºeste as then ==> 28'15ºE +/-.
Then I will review the antenna sending 0 (zero) to see if the references are good and commented results.

Segun deje la antena ajustada anoche, esta mañana fue necesario modificar la longitud -0'3º para recuperar los niveles de señal de otros dias.
La referencia de siempre:
10714H22000 (C4L), lo vi bajo.
11023H23000 (BBC One ScotHD) ni 40% de señal (muy pixelando).
Modificada la posicion hasta encontrar el punto optimo, de nuevo valores normales, tirando de la memoria, cuando entro en servicio el ultimo cambio al llegar el Astra2E en febrero del año pasado, fue la misma secuencia.

Esta tarde vere si a las 18:00 (hora local) tengo mas señal, ya no esta a 28'3ºeste como entonces ==> 28'15ºE+/-.
Luego revisare la antena mandando a 0 (cero) para ver si las referencias estan bien y comento resultados.

Niveles de señal en 28'2ºEste desde Madrid, 23-6-2015 11:00-11:30 y poder comparar.

But the daily wobble of 2G seems to be stabilizing. This is the current situation in comparison to 2E for me:2eg.png
The "glitches" in the graph were caused by rain, 2E is the thicker line (BBC1 Lon) and 2G is Channel5.

Looking at the signal levels in the UK they are still the same as before and higher than the other 2E Europe transponders, suggesting it's still on 2F.

Anyone else notice any changes?

Very strange to have signal here in Crete Greece.i have not receive ever Astra 2G or UK BEAMS.

Just got home from the " office" .
11343 H 27500 2/3 Psychic today 11.2 on 1.8, 8.9 on the 1.4
11307 H 27500 2/3 Create and craft 11.1 on 1.8, 8.9 on the 1.4

Think both on 2F UK as I´m losing 2G on the smaller dish at the moment.
