It's not a plug, and play, receiver, you need to configure, your options, and preferences, via the menu.
I haven't got one of these receivers, and can't find much, on the internet, regarding the menu settings, to provide a detailed setup guide.
I'm afraid it might be a matter of trial, and error, unless you can post pictures, of the menu, and provide more details, of your satellite set up.
Fixed, or motorized dish, one LNB, or multiple LNB's, with Diseqc switch, general location, or satellites you want, and can receive.
