Hi AFAIK the Vu+ do not work with CI+ anymore. I myself use a Vu+ Uno 4k se running open ATV and could not get it to work with my Fransat CI+ module.I have a vu+ zero 4k. What image do you recommend putting on it to watch the channels on kabelio?
Hi. the Kabelio cam is also CI+ so you will have the same problem as I had with my Fransat cam. VU+ receivers are not CI+ certified.I refer to kabelio on hotbird

some of the 3rd party firmware allowed them to work for a while but now they don't anymore.
Have you received your Kabelio cam yet? if you put it in your VU+ you normally get a on screen message from the cam saying that the receiver is not compatible with CI+.
I have to insert the cam and take it out and then insert the cam againI have a Vu+ receiver and I am watching Kabelio.
You just have to insert the cam into a CI+ compatible receiver first; it could be your TV. I put it in my LG TV. Waited for it to clear the channels. Then inserted back into Vu+ Duo 4K. And voila!.. Works like a charm
