Rolf is on his way round to align the dish using 1 of the LNB's I got with the dish he thinks it might be up to the job.

I will report back soon ;)

Rolf has been, we need to get my C120 on there as the lnb we have is limited, rolf can explain because it was abit beyond me.

Hopefully monday we will be rolling.

Very strong signal on 23.5E tho so the dish is sitting next door at the moment ;)

Pity about the dent in the 1.8, shouldn't think it'll affect its performance, its only a little one.

23.5E what rolf left the dish on scanning in loud and clear on the C120 LNB no skew settings or feedhorn settings yet, just banged it on and scanned!

Here is some pictures of my custom C120 LNB bracket.

It was a sheet of metal to start with, a sheet of tube, then I cut a slice in the tube and welded some nuts to each side, now when the bolt goes into the nuts and tightens it tightens the tube and clamps the lnb.

so we welded it to the custom plate and bobs your uncle it works :)

Just need rolf here again now :D

Now i will take the plate off and paint it so it doesnt go rusty, bolt it all back up and hey ho! fingers crossed now!

Still looks like you may have the rotation problem Gary, the arms don't appear to be clamped at the right angle.

You need to fasten with two holes on each arm, that'll stop them twisting.
