Yes, the budget is very tight to begin with. The reason for this is that it tests your knowledge (or luck) of the lesser teams, and the better you do the more money you make. Also, after every race everyone is given 2mil more to spend.

Keep trying to get in to tweak my team before I forget but when I try and login I just get error, I though it was my bookmarks needing refreshing but having done that I still cannot get in

Try going on to the site now. I think it's been experiencing difficulties in recent week, sometimes I got nothing as well. Rest assured that it does work the majority of the time :)

Salty in view of the current controversy what is the ruling or advice for Team Leaders when three teams will be racing under appeal as is suggested will be happening?

As you wish :)

Pure Fantasy F1 takes it results from how the raced finished on the track, ignoring any post-race penalties. So, if for example Jenson Button finished 6th in the race, but was docked 2 place by the race stewards after the race, Pure Fantasy F1 would still regard Button has having finished in 6th (and not 8th, as considered by the FIA).

Therefore, the advice I'd give to managers is to make your selections based on your judgement of how things will go on-track, and to ignore off-track events.
