Inox legs and rack I would assume?
This will be no case, friend of mine presented to me some parts of old Singer. I think if I manage to attach those parts to cylinder, than it would be interesting solution (actually like on one of the pictures I took from the internet). Used angle-grinder to cut off the valve.

If you can incorporate the tread plate, wheel and drive rods, that would make a brilliant rotational spit! Ideal for suckling pig :-bighappy

I think for pig rotation some kind of automatic rotator could be made. But for tread plate I have another idea: Airflow is advisable to help to start fire, so tread plate can spin air-blower which will provide air inside the chamber. Of course this air-blower will only work when you use leg-power :-rofl2. Should be fun!

While sipping a beer and tapping away to your favourite music, you will not even notice you are working!:)

Made another cuts to the cylinder, and also ordered from PRC round thermometer. I hope I will manage to grill something this summer  on this grill. There will be places for 7 skewers inside. Perhaps will do some lattice as well for stakes. Should also think about bigger wheels for the legs of the grill, some handles and other necessary things.

Almost forgot that it is Saturday...... time for some fish and beer. Cylinder is fixed to the table. Unfortunately, gas is over, so can not weld till Monday

I have found (in the garage  ) motor with air-turbine. I think I can use this turbine to pump air into the cylinder. If I fix it like on the picture and make axis for the belt, then it should pump air along red arrows, of course only when pedal is touched. ;)

Brought home some metal angles. Will put them in the hole and weld together to make frame before fill in concrete.
