Looks good Rimants , but runs a bit quick .
My V-box delivers 40V = (or 17V =) that motor turns 360º in ± 14 seconds at 40 V and 360º in ± 30 seconds at 17 V
In Motor setup selected -Diseqc 1.2 - STEP 1 and a short push the pulswheel inside makes one turn .
The motor turns ± 10º when i give 6 short pushes , so a accuracy of ± 1.7º , no difference at 40 or 17 V
I think thas OK for C and Ku .

Actually, it is not so bad that changer turns fast. More important is the fact it has correct pulse-count and always stops where it should stop. Each LNB will be adjusted individually and in case there is need for left-right adjustment I can make a slot slot.jpg (2 red lines) instead of just a hole. I will also try to place LNBs as close as possible to the plate.

I could make longer video, but phone is making huge files and then it is difficult to upload them to youtube. For example, this 11sec video was 16gB. Is there better way how to make video and youtube them?

Placed DiseqC near LNBs and now system is working. This is from 4,8*E to 4*W and back with changing of LNBs. Yes, both LNBs ar Ku-band, just for experiment. VIDEO

My LNB changer arrived yesterday from Trust, many thanks, the advantages of having one of these are obvious, 20dB on Newsnet, wow, more setting up to do yet, but a great bit of kit!!P1010044.JPG P1010045.JPG P1010046.JPG

.... and soooo much tidier, i like it i like it.
I need a couple of the octopus discs as soon as Trust has time.

.... A great plan indeed. If you do get time to make some more octopus discs i would be very happy to purchase two of the discs only, nothing else, for an upcoming project

BTW, folks, maybe it is not an issue but just something to consider: when you use C-band LNB, which is designed for PFA but going to be installed on the offset dish, some moisture can collect inside its throat. I have seen somewhere that people just drilled additional hole in the body of the LNB. Or throat should be sealed very well.
