Quite shocking. I would not have thought that Eutelsat would have the stomach for the embarrassment of any further legal action against them.

Depends how the contracts are written - they may well be British time rather than Paris time as UK companies are involved..

There is also the distinct possibility that informal agreement has been reached with SES to shut down late at night so as not to inconvenience the viewers if there are migration glitches.

We are only guessing they would go off at 2300 uk time.
