Strong 4375 driving a 2.4 m Channel Master dual focus offset + Invcom Quad C120 K/U l.n.b. + BSC 421 and Zinwell C band l.n.b.,s - DR HD F15 - TM5302 - Octagon SX88+Optima - GT Media V7 - HD receivers. + other dishes currently in use - Antique 3.0 m Prodelin P.F. - Channel Master 1.8 m offset - Channel Master. 1.2 m.

@nelson_b would be good to hear your reports of Russian and SA beams at your location with your 2.4m dish.

Found time to put a circular feed on the 2.4 c.m. this afternoon .... result is the same as previous attempts at Russian transponders on this position - Only 12149 gives a good signal and lock
all channels encrypted apart from this test card one

Interesting that the test card says "transmission stopped by the rights holder"!

:Y.... curious, did you use a home brew plate in a lnb Nelson ?. or one of the cheaper lnb circular pol ones available ?.

No - John - not a home brew plate ... The large feed for the sub reflector has a sealed cap which i dont want to disturb .. so i put on a regular Channel Master feed with an official c.m. plate .

Thanks Nelson, might have a spot of plate fabrication activity to suit a Ku waveguide on a spare C120 lnbf to try on the 2.2m changer.
