5HD is more likely next summer when they launch onto Freeview.

Film4Hd is anyones guess.

They are already there! It's just that Channel 4 HD is called "21200" and the Channel 5 lot are encrpted, but they are there on 1N.

When they will be programmed into Sky's EPG and/or become FTA, is anyone's guess.

That's ok. Thanks for replying. I, like you keep following these posts with great interest and hope but I suppose as Analoguesat suggests maybe we're being a bit impatient. I do appreciate the updates from those of you that have are more informed and with equipment capable of revealing more, thanks guys. :-righton

I think we are doing well - 3 transponders powered up, two with content & one with some test labels on it.

7720 on 10964 will almost certainly become C5 +1 by 29/11 at the latest, and theres a reasonable hope to see the other C5 channels going fta as well around Dec 6th..
