Interestingly, they only allocate 3.2MBit/s per channel, even though much more would be available.

According to my set up (so may be wrong) it has stop sending the PMT (I'm sure someone will tell me what the is) and my software needs that to scan it in. (Still broadcasting everything else)

No PMT (Program Map Table), no list of video and audio services in the transport stream. Hence no video/audio in 20710 etc.
