According to the BBC's weather site, up here in t'north, today and tomorrow are to be the coldest of the lot, monday onwards looks rather warm in comparison...

I would like to have a proper winter though, before spring & summer attempts to break through...O-Ha

There is an EARLY WARNING of SNOW in force for Wales and northwest England.

Rain edging in from the west could turn to snow on the leading edge, with the potential for accumulations of several cm, especially on hills.
