Silverstone could banish all the car parking problems once and for all with some investment in the car parks - lay grasscrete or similar.

This is what - the second time in 12 years that Silverstone has suffered major disruption due to car parks that quickly became quagmires - whats the first thing your average driver does when the car feels like its bogged down? - floor the throttle which just destroys whatever surface was left around the wheels.

Nah, do a Wimbledon and put a ruddy great roof over the whole complex......would only cost Bernie a few billion......and circumvent the need to engage 'Sir Cliff' to warble 'Congratulations'......How come the the mens final hasn't clashed with British GP before?....not the Olympics again?

Got Maverick's PFF1 reminder a few moments ago ........... the Summer Break this year has been so long that I for one had almost forgotten about the whole thing.

At least this weekend's Race is on the BBC.

Ah Spa - scene of the biggest pile up in F1 history in 1998 :-lmao

^^ this is one of my favourite F1 sequences ever! :D

That and the cheating Kraut running into the back of Couthard & 3 wheeling back to the pits later in the same race

And have you seen pastor crashdonalo in action at a recent demonstration in Venezuela - proof that he is a poor driver and can crash anytime anywhere!!!

Haven't seen the League results yet - just got back from a short walk (Recovering from an acute Gout episode): My comment was based on the absurd reality of the real outcome which probably defied most people's expectations or imagination.

Edit: Just seen our League's Grid >> v.happy with anonymity and mediocrity! Too many Bandits this year.

So, mad Bernie has just effectively announced Cobbler's retirement at the end of this Season.

No surprises there.
