Thats a kick in the teeth for the test drivers.

Wow FANTASTIC! :)

Michael up against Hamilton this will show how 2nd class Hamilton is in comparison
I hope He can get the red car up to speed before the next race & if Hamilton is still on form & Jenson's car likes the track as it does seem fussy then what a 2nd part of the season we will have...

The return of Schumi will seal his place as the greatest driver of all time, as if we needed any further confirmation!

I think its an terrible development. The drive should have gone to one of the test drivers but Michael twitches and Ferrari come running.

Im no fan of Massa but come back soon mate or you wont have a drive for next season ;)

I think it may be the other way round that they need Michael as the team is doing pretty rubbish there is no Jon Todt or Ross Brawn to fall back on so Maybe Michael can put them back up....

I really rate Kimmi but he just turns up Saturday & Sunday & does 100 % with what he has been given where as Michael gives technical assistance & brings the car on more that any other driver...

I wish Fiipe a fast recovery but if Michael starts winning races do you really think they will give Filipe the car back?

Having had brain surgery, there is little chance he will be racing again this season. His body will not be able to take the G forces for quite a few months, remember he had a bleed on his brain didn't he?

I cannot believe they are apparently letting him fly so soon after surgery since nobody will insure him to fly for at least 4 weeks after surgery owing to the increased risk of DVT's I know I certainly had to wait 4 weeks after spinal cord surgery.

Mr Piquet would still need alot of backing to pull that off, but it certainly sounds realistic. But who would be dropped, Heidfeld or Kubica? Still, that's bit far to go just to keep your son in F1, I'd have thought Piquet Jnr would have been in with a very good shout of getting a seat at one of the three new teams.

Luca Badoer is taking the reigns, which is only fair being as he is the test driver. Great shame, was really looking forward to Schumacher bringing to life the p***-poor Valencia circuit.

Badoer's Wiki bio - _http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Luca_Badoer

He might not be any good, but he should be able to jump in the car and race without any problem, and for Ferrari that's probably a safer bet than just about anyone else.

Im delighted with this development. With Schumacher racing in the European GP the media interest would have been solely about Schumacher. With Badoer driving instead the coverage will return to normal. :D

Makes sense really, seemed a bit of a extreme reaction with no precedent. The FIA should have handed them a big fine and restated the rules for all the teams.
