Went in my garage this afternoon, it seems it has become the resident take off and landing platform for all the young birds in the area, one that was shouting for its mum very loudly even landed on my finger for a few minutes

They are coming to my garage each year, they are noisy and they make lots of BS (Bird Sh**t), but I like them anyway.

I am not seeing any butterfly's ? and only a few bees and wasps ?, last year when my garden was a mess there was a few around

Not that many here either, although I believe we'll be awash with painted Lady butterflies from Southern Europe in the weeks to come.

My swallows are growing fast. One of them was on the floor several days ago, I managed to get him back in the nest, luckily he is doing OK. How they seem like stone figures from Easter Island
